Is this correct or something missing?

Is the supposed to be something hooked up to the top hose barb or this normal? I don’t see where anything came off.

I am trying to figure out why my boost vacuum gauge on my dash isn’t working properly.

Nope, there was a piece of a filter that went over that port, it is a vent for when the super charger bypass is applied & opened by the computer.
