2nd OBD Plug
Finally got my new Vette to pass emission test, but during the fun found prior owner installed a second OBD plug. As far as I know/seen there are no mods not even headers, any ideas why second plug?

Maybe he wanted to run something with a dongle that needed a port and wanted to keep a port free just in case? When you say "installed", do you mean cut the wires and all that or just a splitter?
