One of the best upgrades I have done to my 2014 M7 Z51! The throttle body alone has completely transformed the smoothness of the engine and improved drivability in low gears, with acceleration remaining flawless. The controller, well, let's just say Sport 6 is my new favorite setting! What a change!

Thank you so much for the awesome feedback! We're thrilled to hear that the throttle body and controller made such a difference in your Z51.
Sport 6 really does wake things up! Enjoy the drive and let us know if you ever need anything — we’re always here to help.
Cool, just put in an order for the TB and controller. I'm excited to give them a try and hoping it meets expectations.
Thank you so much for your order! I think you're going to love the difference both the throttle body and controller make.

Installed the Soler Throttle Controller, I already have the 91mm Soler throttle-body. This is a manual M7, and the throttle tip-in when taking off is still crappy, better than without the Soler products, but this is the must unpleasant manual transmission car I have ever owned. It is either too much throttle, or too little at take-off. I have never had this issue with my prior 7 manual transmission cars. I have never stalled a car this often when attempting to move from a stop.
And yes, other than initial tip-in, the Throttle Controller really wakes up the accelerator.
We just posted a new video featuring Luis, our Co-Founder and President. In it, he explains airflow and shaft design, how air moves through our throttle body, and how design choices impact airflow.

Hey everyone!
A common question we get is whether you can connect multiple Soler Performance throttle controllers to one phone or if you need separate apps. You can connect as many controllers as you want to the same app, Soler PRF, on one phone. You can also have them connected to a spouse’s phone at the same time.
As you pair each controller, you can rename it so you know which vehicle it belongs to. The app will only connect to the vehicle you are inside of with the ignition on, so there’s no interference between cars.
This means you can run a controller in your weekend car, your pickup truck, your daily driver, your wife’s car, anything you own, and manage them all easily through one app. I hope this helps anyone who didn’t know and might have been holding off on adding controllers to their whole fleet.
We’re stocked up and keeping things moving. Feel free to reach out if you need help picking the right setup.

With Christmas right around the corner, this is a great time to grab a throttle body or throttle controller if it’s been on your upgrade list. Easy install and a noticeable difference right away. If anyone has questions about fitment or compatibility, I’m happy to help. Wishing everyone a great holiday week!
After watching several YT reviews of the product, I jumped on it for my 16 stingray LT1, A8 about 8 mos ago. I can't believe how much it woke up the car. The felt like it had an extra 50-60hp earlier in the throttle, but was completely manageable. Will be looking at 91mm throttle body for my next purchase.
Amazing. I installed the throttlebody yesterday in my MT7. It was a wintry -5 degrees celsius(23F) here in germany, but dry. At first, I hesitated about whether I should do it in such cold weather, partly because of the learning process. After I had put everything back together, I went for a test drive. I had prepared myself for somewhat bumpy throttle response in the first few minutes, but the opposite was the case. The car is easier to start. You don't have to modulate the pedals as much. Low revs with a slipping clutch can be kept more stable. Great! However, I don't think the response has improved significantly. Heel toe is still not perfect. The first 30% of the pedal doesn't do much and you have to press the pedal very deeply. So I'm going to test the controller as well. In my eyes absolutely worth the money. The Vette drives much smoother now, especially in town.

I too have the M7 and you’ll be amazed at how the controller will address this for you. A lot of people go straight to SP - sport mode, but don’t shy away from trying the CF - comfort mode. I used sport mode because I loved the added response at the early part of throttle engagement you’re referring to, but then I’d find myself exceeding the speed limit easier because it took so little pedal movement to have the car accelerate. Specifically, cruising at highway speed, I’d find my foot would relax a bit and my speed would creep up pretty fast.
Comfort mode is a big improvement over OEM, but not to the point of the SP settings. You’ll find what works for you and play around with it, I just think a lot of people don’t understand Comfort is an improvement over OEM settings and not as aggressive as sport especially with an M7. In an automatic, different story - you don’t need to factor in revs and clutch release during spirited driving. I found if I used the higher settings in SP mode, the shifting, specifically clutch disengagement during spirited runs (not from a stop) was more difficult to manage smoothly. That’s just my experience - but I’d like to get the throttle body some day to complete the package and refine settings a bit more.
Thanks for your reply Flattman. Well, my Stingray is stock except for a lightwight Flywheel. So it is very rev-happy if you passed lets say 2000rpm. But the first input from idle upwards is somewhat sluggish and in combination with the slight hasitation the engine had on harder throttle tip in before it had the Soler TB, it wasn´t allways smooth to get the car going from a dead stop. Especially if you were in a hurry for example in traffic situations. I was afraid to increase this behavior with a more aggressive throttlecurve as you could get with the controller. Now, as the TB had smoothen things out, i am more confident in trying a TC. The only little disapointment was the slow shipping via usps. It took 20days to arrive here in germany, but hey, it could be worse. Overall i am very happy with my purchase. I assume there is no general importer for Europe yet?
A recent 5 star review that was left on our website for the Soler Performance Throttle Controller: "You know how you watch YouTube videos and you hear someone hawking a sponsors product and you think, “yeah right, like you don’t have an interest here”. Many occasions I have been fooled by these YouTube so called influencers. Much to my surprise however not only did Soler Performance provide me with an excellent product but they answered all my questions on the phone and through email with professionalism and courtesy. I am as impressed and that is hard to do. As for the throttle body controller itself, if does as advertised and a whole lot more. It truly works. There are several how to install videos on YouTube which are fine but lack key information. However Soler reps helped me through the issues. Not something you see everyday. I will now save up for the 91mm portal throttle body itself which I now believe will even make more of an impact. Be good to the customer and they will be good to you. Soler gets that."
