Not sure how that video relates to my problem. Can you elucidate a little bit, please? I’m talking about the 15 amp fuse in the fuse box on the passenger side under the hood. It blew. I replaced it. It blew again. I want to know what’s causing this. I don’t need to know how to remove the air bag or horn from the steering wheel. I might be missing your point though, if you could give more explanation, I would appreciate it, thanks.
Never mind. I am sure it isn't in any of the horn connections. Just keep replacing the fuse until it starts to work.
Maybe check the horn relay,,,, KR3

Ah, so you’re saying it could be a short in the horn assembly. Wasn’t that clear in your original post. OK, I’ll check that out, sounds like a good point, thanks.
UPDATE: I checked and everything looks good, no exposed wires, no bad bends or kinks. Made sure the plug was seated good. Bumped the horn 4 times, so far so good. I don't know—I hope just messing around with it fixes it. We'll see.
Great. I have done the same thing. Messing with things sometimes fixes them. BEEP BEEP
I was going to ask if it was the correct 15 amp fuse.
Let us know how it goes.
The other thing to check. Remove the left wheel well liner and see if the wires connecting to the horns are good.
.
If it still honks I found this.
Horn relay.
Unlike many older vehicles where the relay is a standalone, swappable component, the horn relay on the C7 Corvette is built directly into the Underhood Electrical Center (fuse box). This design choice means:
Integrated Component: The relay is a non-serviceable internal part of the circuit board within the fuse box.
