The driver's side went surprisingly well, but I am having quite some trouble installing the passenger side header. All of the videos I've watched show people just sliding theirs right in, but I can't seem to get the angle right. The rearward tab just cannot get by the obstructions in the way. Does anyone have any advice for me about getting this sucker in?
I put a long cable tie around the harness that prevents the rear of the flange from swinging up and raised it about an inch and a half by tying it off to one of the ignition coil bosses.
They slid right in.
Do yourself a favor and run a file around the flange to remove any burrs or sharp edges.

I really couldn't get those wires to budge much at all but your advice gave me some inspiration. I ended up popping the plastic zip tie-down from its bracket. This allowed me to move the starter wire in the front of the pic out of the way and gave juuuuust enough clearance to fit up there with a moderate amount of effort.
On to the next issue- finding the header bolt I dropped like a dummy during the install up top. It didn't hit the floor and I'm really starting to question my understanding of object permanence.
For whatever person someday searches for "C7 Header Bolt Dropped and Disappeared"- it was in the headers themselves, trapped in the little pocket where the individual pipes come together. Had to break out the borescope for this one.
Next issue: I cannot get the midpipe attached to the headers. Is there a special technique for this? I don't currently see a way forward without at least loosening the headers from the block, despite the instructions stating to get all that tightened down beforehand.

Personally, I would install the headers and mid pipe loosly before tightening anything.
I went ahead and loosened the driver's side header and was then able to then squeeze the midpipe on. I then re-torqued the header to the block. The drivers side clamp is very, very tight- barely able to get the nuts and bolts threaded into it. Passenger side feels more like what I was expecting.
Feeling a little bummed - part of the reason went with ARH was all the reviews saying the fitment was super great. Here's hoping for no exhaust leaks.

You are making things wayyy to hard on yourself man! You need both headers mounted loosely, install the mid-pipe, and then start tightening things! (front to back) I installed my 2" ARH headers and x pipe myself, in the driveway on 4 jackstands in probably 3 or 4 hours. Hope this helps!

Yeah, I finally got everything fitting together. That'll teach me to follow the manufacturer's provided instructions to the letter.
Any idea of the torque specs for the flanges and clamps? Reading around I'm seeing folks going with 18lbft and 35lbft.
Aaand I'm back. Absolutely loving the new sound, and looking forward to the tune I've got scheduled soon.
Not so loving the knocking noise most often heard the first few minutes after startup, before it subsides.
After shaking the exhaust a bit and removing the bottom plate, I *think* I've found the culprit. There's a witness mark where one of the cats seems to be hitting/rubbing the plate.
So my question is- what do I do about it? Undo all the clamps and try to reposition the thing? File down the plate in that area? Put some kind of high-temp padding there?
I had to do the same thing to mine. Over time it wrote the plate down but I ended up taking the plate off, grinding a bit down where it touched and then putting the plate in a press and bending it slightly in the front where it was hitting. Haven't had an issue again
Mine does the same with the cats touching the tunnel brace, though yours doesn't look like its touching anywhere near as bad as mine does. I took a dremmel and filed down the brace where the cat makes contact. Wish I had gone catless
