Circuit 3240 (Red/Light Blue) wire is the battery positive power to the HUD...do you have a HUD ??...don't see how that can give you the issues you had ??...why was the under hood fuse block REPLACED ??

I replaced the underwood fuse block last year because the plastic around the bolt that holds the wires on broke when taking the nut off. But I’m very glad it worked out

OK, well let's see if you have any further issues...if so bring it back and let them fix it right...not good to get a "comeback" !!

Its the main power supply for the cluster, regardless if he has a HUD or not. Its very easy to understand. He had no power at the cluster. Now I understand why people were confused that I checked power and ground at my cluster prior to condemning it. The pin was backed out and sometimes making contact so everything would work. One bump in the road was all it probably needed to no longer be making any sort of contact.

Theres a junction point to also power the HUD if he has one. If he doesnt, the junction does not exist and that wire runs only to the cluster.

So crazy part is I don’t have a hud, but when we tested power to the cluster using a multi meter we had a good constant and ground, not really sure why it had backed out but that’s what they found, I’m just glad thy were able to get it fixed, the first dealership I went to was absolutely no help at all.
