Several tuners have been looking through the tune parameters for the C7 looking for this without result so far.

Well you are redlined at 4500rpm until you hit 500 miles and the tach displays changes to normal. I suppose that is a sort of limit on full power. True of both Stingrays and Z06s. Whether there is something in the computer that enforces this is anyone's guess, but the Owners Manual definitely requests that you self-impose a power limit for the first 500 miles.

do we know if the car is stopped at 4500 until 500miles? spark cut like a rev limiter normally functions?

video doesn't show the tach so it could have done that burnout under 4500rpm no? did vengence turn the limiter off for the pulls??

I don't believe that the engine has an actual 4500 RPM redline. It's just that the tach display on the IP has a different color during the first 500 miles.

Look at the link to the Vengence Racing dyno of the car at 34 miles.
There is no limiting of the rpms.
