@ hcvone : bravo ! I note that this situation is very common. I have all the systems to increase cooling but not the stage 2 winglets. If I don't have an answer, I will order from ACS, 149$ without transportation, in carbon flash metallic. It's still saddening to forget that kind of thing for a vehicle of this price.

I contacted GM corporate and they contacted the dealership and confirmed I never got the stage 2 with my car. A week later I got a call from a guy in parts and he confirmed my address and shipped me the stage 2 front pieces and the shorter bolts for the spoiler.

I went through this on my 2015. The dealer I purchased the car from wasn't the original dealer that received the car. Somewhere in the 6 months from the time the car was received by the one and then received by the other the two small end caps were lost. At the time GM didn't sell the small caps separately from the front spoiler and neither dealer wanted to cough up $2,000 to give me the end caps. After a call to GM Customer Service the selling dealer sent me a full front splitter with the small end caps installed. GM Customer Service called me back and apologized for the mix up and gave me a $1,000 dollar coupon to purchase Corvette Accessories at my local dealer.

I'm sure someone will correct me on this if I'm wrong, but it's my understanding that if the car is ordered with Level 3 Aero, the Level 2 end caps and brake cooling duct kit are included. When my '18 came in {I had ordered the Level 3}, my dealer called and asked which Aero parts I wanted installed on the car, as front and side pieces are shipped seperately and not installed at the factory. The Dealer installed my Level 3 pieces and put the Level 2 end caps and brake duct kit in the hatch when I picked up the car.

My car came with the taller end caps installed and I did not receive the smaller ones.
I read that you are supposed to get both, but I never pursued it with my dealer. I don't need them laying around (I wouldn't put them on the car as I like the tall ones better) and I'm not concerned about selling them for a couple bucks.

I have a set too that are never going on the car. No idea what they're worth, but they've never been installed on the car. Were in a ziplock bag in the rear storage compartment along with the little filler tube and the front license plate hardware and cargo net.

Me too, I'm like you even if the downforce is stronger and increase the consumption of fuel, the long ones are just cattle and impressive. But in case of control and GM says so, on the road it's stage 2. As a precaution, I'll have him with me in the cargo to watch to the cops.

If owners sell them it is their car but it would be nice to keep the caps with the car when it is sold as it will get very difficult for subsequent owners to replace them. When I purchase a used car I look for all of the stuff that was supposed to come with it when it was new. If enough stuff is missing I go find a car that has the parts. Over the years I have been burned by the tendency of owners to keep the proper parts together or to modify their cars and sell off the stock parts. If the stuff isn't there I don't buy it because it is very easy for that stuff to become unobtainium.

Indeed and this could be a problem for the buyer and it is also the second reason why I insisted on having the short. I will not install it because it won't be easy, I will have to dismantle the scrape armor that I installed to protect the splitter, the screws pass underneath.

As some and I explained above, the dealers put in showroom stage 3 because more impressive and aggressive and forget where they could put stage 2. Personally, stage 2 was not in the freighter nor in the trunk, and the salesman sent me the stage 2 free of charge after 2 months, free of charge. You can have the internship 2 for 148$ , ACS Composite, it's a serious Canadian dealer, I bought splashguards front and rear on his website
