Software update needed?
I have noticed comments on some of the threads about a 'flash update,' or a 'software update' for the cars. Is this a recall type thing; or something the dealers are doing automatically; or do we have to request it; or is it only if you are having problems with the screen? My screen was totally blank today.....couldn't get it to work........finally, turned the car off and then started it up again, and the screen was fine. Is this the start of something? Should I be going to the dealer requesting some type of software update? The dealer will not know anything about it, and I will have to explain everything to them (like I did with the 500 mile oil change with Mobil 1 only----which they took my word for without any problem whatsoever......it is just they know so little about Z06's). Thank you.

My computer must be configured differently----I was unable to open the thread, and I couldn't find the link.............had my daughter try for me, and she had no luck as well.
