Hello, I'm wondering when the fast list changed, and why? I I was on the stock w stock tire list last year w a 10.72 run, time slips, and specs.
Gearing up for the track now that spring is here. Anyone know what happened to the old list?

And suggest you re-read the list before insinuating you were removed from it.

I only see 1 on the list, searched for "M7" no result too short of word, searched for "manual" that didn't really workout either. Does anyone know the next 3,4 down for it?

Is there no way to just update the first post in the thread so we don't have to click and scroll to find the current list? If TripleBlack has disappeared can a mod not edit the thread to allow Snorman to be the first post that he can update? The other Gen fast lists are like that and it's nice.

the car is totally stock with the exception of headers. Stock tune as well.

I believe sticky tires (DR) are considered a "Mod" that is why those times are not listed with "stock". Also light weight aftermarket wheels like front skinnies I believe fall into the mod category too.

and that is why i copied and pasted the mod format and listed the tires. I didnt try to pull one over on anyone.

not as of yet. I made 4 runs that night. I was unable to put it into launch mode because the wheels throw off the TPM light. I havent done research yet, but I think simply putting the car to the race setting of the suspension must up the shift RPMs and maybe some other parameters as well.
The reason I think that is because 3 runs were made in the tour setting with TC button hit once. On the last run I was in race setting with TC off and it was by far a much better run. The only other difference was a decent cool down which I attribute most of the gain to.
10.81 off the street
10.79 hot lapped immediately after run 1(not even taking helmet off or turning car off)
10.75 cooled down 20 mins
10.56 cooled close to an hour and track mode
all 60s were within about .02 so traction was not the difference.
Also the MPH was consistent on the first 3 runs and gained 2.5 MPH on the last run

I ran the car 2 days ago with no changes from the ladt time out and ran almost exactly the same times. Just a slightly better 10.55 and a 10.57. At this point I'm almost certain that the shift RPMs are elevated in the race suspension setting compared to the tour setting. I did not log any runs as of yet only because I have no intention of doing any tuning changes as of now.

For those with A8 with Drag radials, can you post your method on burnout and launching? Do you use launch control, just stomp on it touring mode? etc

I'm really looking forward to running the 1/4 again, all tracks around here are 1/8th. I don't have as low of an 1/8th mile et as you do, but all of my mph's are right there with yours.

Can the main thread be updated? If not a mod should start a new thread, link this one and keep the main thread updated. Where is the actually modded list with other power adders?

I made a small improvement on my PB 6/23/17 at Zmax Dragway Charlotte NC in hi ambient temp of 88 degrees and very humid. Had a good time none the less.

Mods since last PB post. Cam, custom Comp Cams grind, Kook's headers 1 7/8's & off road pipe, no cats,into stock NPP muffs, both blower pulley's, Halltech CAI, 100 octane unleaded fuel,head gasket insurance, custom tune-PCM of NC, 50 shot of nitrous for intercooling due to short cool down times between rounds at the drag strip and to aid heat soak issues. Nitto NT05R DR 345-30-19's at 25psi. DeWitt's Z06 cooling "kit" radiator, larger EOC and supercharger cooling heat exchanger.
TOUR mode TC off only.
