Since I'm the PDR Cop the last day or so, I'll point out the 2.4 registers before the car actually makes it to 60. I have no idea why. Awesome run nonetheless but I don't trust the PDR's claims very much.
It could be as simple as bad software that updates things out of sync (like it's already in fact hit 60 but hasn't updated that part of the screen in a while, goofiness like that).

I would like to think that it's just a lagy hmi module. The time and speed can theoretically be calculated but by the time it displays it might have some lag on the mph side. Also, I am running 18" wheels as opposed to 20" might have a factor to play there as well.
Because of the wheel and tire size technically the mph would read lower than the actual speed.

Thanks, the A8 and Corvette have promise, for sure! ;)
2WD on the track works too! Zipping off like that on the street is woefully unnecessary, and stupid. Not to mention expensive with all that AWD hardware!
