Halltech replacement filter

Has anyone replaced their Halltech filter? How difficult is it to remove it from the CAI housing? Some are simply shipping their CAI back to Halltech for a replacement filter. Can anyone suggest where to buy the replacement filter?

Is there any way the customer can clean the Halltech filter themselves? It appears that with a "key" I can get my hand to the clamp to undo ...correct? Thanks, Joe
