Engine power is reduced
When i floor my c7 z06 all the way and when it hits 130 mph the car power goes down quick and a message pops out saying "ENGINE POWER IS REDUCED"[img]webkit-fake-url://e3293129-72c1-4631-99b6-b5ca536aaea1/imagejpeg[/img]

It could be lots of things. One of the most frequent things has been the intercooler system not being properly filled and purged.

Bring a scanner along with you. I keep one in the back compartment just in case a code pops up on the road or at the strip. It has happened and in a few seconds you will know what the code is.

Last time I got an engine power reduced sign was because rats chewed through my engine harness and left a big hole on the big tube (one that connects to the engine).
Perhaps check out your engine bay and look for rodent damages.
