Has this hood been tried with 2650 blower for fitment?

the hood is raised exactly 25mm in the cowl front to back. because it is a flat piece, it doesn’t seem that way from certain angles. So far, none of my 10 customers installed the hood and ones that seen it in person love it.

This is not for eveyone...

Kevin, soon. I will modify if needed to fit GM 2650 when Crawford Racing is done with the kit.

No one else officially released a 2650 for C7 yet.

Thanks, trying to get all my ducks in a row for when that blower comes out.

Also, this is a beautiful hood. I like a few others would like to see a version without the side vents. When the higher revised hood comes out, any chance in looking at removing the side vents? And hopefully you aren't feeling attacked.

Thanks, Kevin.

Kevin, I hope this hood fits a 2650 without any modification. If modification needed, then I’ll make a new mound. Maybe then I can have the option of no side vents.

Costly to invest in new moulds, especially when we are so busy with projects. Will tackle it if required though.

No I’m not taking your request as an attack.

Great work guys! I love the widebody you guys designed! Usually wide body kits look horrible and ricer but this thing is awesome.
how much is it going to be? Wen is it going to be ready?

how much is the carbon hood with mesh in the openings ?painted black option cost?

thanks and keep up the good work!

Dont mind the messy background😅 It is shark grey. The photo doesn't capture the way the carbon fiber hood almost matching the rest of the car, Its awesome!! Fitment is pretty damn good, just like most hood, U will have to mess with latches to get it perfect, I'm very happy with mine.

I do have some swirl Marks when I
got my hood, probably due to shipping/handling, but other than that it was perfect. I'm sure Khoa will tell his guys to get the hood buffed a little more before shipping out. 👍

When it rains, where does the water that comes in through those side vents go?

just straight down. There is nothing vital or electrical directly under the vents. The part of the reason they were staggered.

Same with car wash. Just spray water from front of the car toward the windshield and water will drain straight down.

I haven't driven my car in the rain(probably wont plan on rain driving anytime soon), however I've washed the car and watched the water just drop on the side. No issues so far.
