Track alignment....is it necessay?

Melting Slicks
^ I wanted to add the following: I had almost 10K miles on my Z06/7 when I traded it and throughout all of those miles it ran with an aggressive ‘track’ alignment with front camber at -2.0 and rear -1.6 to -1.8. I also was careful to have the toe set to factory specs. In all those miles my street set of MPSS wore completely evenly, and my sets of MPSC2s which were used for the track, also showed even wear.
People destroying these tyres with uneven wear rates have incorrect toe settings; it’s not the camber.
Furthermore when I found a place that could set the rear caster, the handling which was always excellent but prone to snap throttle oversteer, became sublime. Punch the throttle from a stand still and the car didn’t try to snap sideways; just spun up the rears and stayed straight; (road camber dependent of course).

I ended up going with the DSC caster and toe settings but with a bit less negative camber. Car feels amazing on street and mountain drives, traction is much improved and the car will spin straight, overall very happy.
My front camber is .8 and rear 1.0
