I had the same leak when I did the swap on my Mustang GT.
You couldn't hear anything, but it left that small puddle of water on the floor we all know about.
I cured it by taking the pipe back off and applied a generous amount of the orange high temp. RTV inside the expanded end of the pipe and used new clamps.
Would have been nice to weigh that new pipe and compare it to the stocker. Probably lighter by a fair amount.

Can y'all save me some time and tell me if there are alternatives to Borla (i know Corsa, not interested) ? If so, where the best place to BUY a Borla cost wise?

Exact same thing for me! Everything lined up perfectly though, cant hear or even smell anything, so i wont bother till next time its lifted up. Ill do the same thing as you did!

Yeah, I'm going to try again using a video camera or my DSLR in video mode. It won't be identical though, because it won't be in the shop and the acoustics will be different.

I installed mine 2 weeks ago, i have a small leak a the front collectors. I loosen up and retight them 3 times, still have a small air leaks. Then, i noticed a black streak on the stock x pipe as well, so it seems they are not perfectly sealed! Im sure most of the people didnt even checked it, im picky, and i inspected it with water, i wouldnt have noticed anything otherwise! Anybody else??
