Now that the C8 is coming out, is the Z old looking?

I do enjoy how you dump over the car everyone loves in favor of a car no one has ever seen.

I think I got caught up in negotiating and getting a deal then really thinking about how much I would like the car. The car is nice for a cadillac
And i get a chuckle seeing how a few react on the forum when I call “our” babies ugly.

It'll depend on the ME's styling, obviously.
If the ME has smoother lines and better integrated aero, then I expect my C7 to age relatively poorly, as its sharp creases and tacked on aero will date it.

lol! I do really have a c7z and did have a c6z. My avatar is a pic of miss piggy sitting in her stall. There is a picture of the c6z on my user page parked in the same spot miss piggy sits.

Good question. I guess the best way to describe it —->>its kind of like a Seinfeld episode where he met this gal and in a certain light she looked great to him and in another light she didn’t look so great. Looking at the c7z’s sitting in the dealer lots I thought it looked good. After I got the c7z home and after seeing a few out on the road —- I was like oh my god — what did I do- this thing is fugly . lol!
When I look at the back end of my c7z it reminds me of someones old mother in law that’s had a bad face lift.
and I think this guy hit the nail on the head
With his opinion on how the c7z will age and supports my notion the “B” design team was given the c7 project while the “A” team is working on the c8 ME.

Hey Trolll. We all know you don’t own a c7z07 so please go away. Oh ya go head an enjoy your c6 lover boy!
Welcome to ignore, you have zero useful information about anything. I’m sure that’s personally embarrassing; sorry if the truth hurts.
Seriously though: go to another forum, insignificant poser.
Thank you; From Everyone!

Funny, when the C7 first came out I thought it was one of the ugliest Corvettes I'd ever seen. The more I read about it and looked at it, the more I liked it. I ordered my Z06 in November of 2015. It is without a doubt the best performance car I've ever owned (and I've had many in my nearly 70 years). Admittedly, I now sometimes find myself having my morning coffee in the garage just looking at it. Personally, I think GM nailed it with the C7 design.

I still think the C6ZR1 is the best looking vette so far, But that C8 is pure sex!!!IF its close to the final product of course, we shall see! I love my C7z, but i dont think its the best looking vette i had! My C6 ZR1 was the best looking vette hands down, but i enjoy my C7Z 3x more than the ZR1!!

Funny how peoples opinions vary . I was always a muscle car guy , until i saw my first C6 Z06 . It was bright Yellow and was coming down the road towards me . It looked like it was floating on air , man i loved the look of that car . Couple years back ( more like 4 ) i was in my garage playing with my Shelby and i heard a noise from the street in front of me , i looked up in time to see the rear end of a Red C7 going down the street , WOW , if this is what the back looked like i couldn't wait to see the rest of the car , when i did , i knew i had to have one . So , to my eyes , these cars are awesome looking and still look like a new design
