Anyone running Stainless Works? I have the ARH in 2 inch but the Stainless works 2 inch look very nice and save some bucks for the Jethot coating.

Just wondering about the different choices in headers/x-pipes myself.

Looking at the ARH w/cats and others as well.

Anybody have recommendations on the various brands? Primary sizes?

Same here, was just wondering difference in performance 2" vs 1 7/8 on headers.

I'm running Kook's 1 7/8ths I think, and no cats into the NPP which are open 100% of the time. It is LOUD! At NCM I hit 118 on the DB meter in the crows nest. Their limit is 103. I don't run there anymore. Anyway I have a lower and upper pulley upgrade, a little cam and a Haltech. The Kook's seem to flow enough for the engine. The torque is unbelievable.

2" will make more hp but lose a little low end torque that will be picked up on the big end.

I've had American Racing headers on my last 3 Corvettes and haven't had any problems. I was told by 2 different shops that they fit the best. Let me know if you need a good price. I can hook you up with the shop that does all my work..
