Default Any NPP axle-backs louder than stock?

Recently installed a Borla X-pipe but looking for a bit more noise. NorCal cat delete currently seems like it would offer too much noise and I don't care to dance on the edge of CEL's and dealerships asking questions about why the downpipes are gone.

Are there any aftermarket NPP options that make the C7Z louder?

Yes get a magna flow competition exhaust. I put one on with the x pipe and all i can say is wow. Sounds like a racecar! It has the app valves but they really don't quiet it down at all. If you want loud this system is awesome.

Sounds good but I would need something that would quiet it down when the valves are closed. Similar or almost as quiet as stock quiet mode.

I just put the Borla x pipe and Norcal cat delete pipes on Thursday. It is extremely loud but in tour mode with stock axle back system it is very quiet.

Yeah my goal is to get it louder but avoid touching factory headers and downpipes.
Are there any other NPP options besides Magnaflow?

i think billy boat makes one and akrapovic as well as a few others. I run headers so the stock NPP is perfect, plus headers make power and axle backs do not.

American Racing headers and Akrapovic exhaust. Definitely notice a difference going from touring to sport..

Everybody seems to love the sound of the Akrapovic but the axle back is about 4K.

Akrapovic isn't cheap but it has a unique sound and the carbon fiber tips are awesome. Now I don't have to clean the inside of the tips because they are already dark because of the carbon fiber.

Looks amazing, but yeah that's literally thousands above budget here lol. I was looking in the $1000-2000 neighborhood.

I have not heard the Akrapovic in person. Can you describe the difference in sound from stock?

Bunch in that price range, just not NPP. Do the CAT delete and you will really like your stockers.

We have plenty of options in that range or lower. Borla Atak 11875 is a great option. The Magnaflow 19236 is another great option. AFE has a nice system as well 49-34082-C with carbon fiber tips. I'm shocked more guys aren't running the B&B Fusion system.

The Akrapovic is crazy priced but if you have the money it's amazing.

Tell me more. I'm looking for an exhaust that can do quiet mode that is near or almost as quiet as stock quiet mode. I don't have any issues with the sound of my exhaust right now when I get on it, but it is embarrassingly quiet when cruising in the 1200-2500rpm range. Light throttle and low RPM is way too quiet for an almost 700hp car in "track mode". Drone doesn't bother me, I just want to hear the car at lower RPM's and light throttle.
