Yeah that's one of the first things I did to my car was take off my stage 1 splitter AKA poverty splitter and put on the stage 2 carbon flash splitter with the stage 2 winglets not the giant stage 3 winglets
you need to replace the plastic one you have with a painted stage 2 with the stage 3 winglets. Lots of vendors on here sell the stage three in carbon flash. I will be changing out my stage 1 next month, still not sure if i want to go stage 2 or 3 but leaning toward the stage 3.

do you know if it’s hard To pull the stage 3 winglets off and go to the stage 2?

They just hold on with a couple torx in the wheel well, and two that hold the winglet to the splitter. With that said, getting to the two winglet/splitter bolts is terrible, horrible. Just no room to work

To get the Stage 3 End Caps off the splitter you need a very long Torx Bit or a very Short Torx bit. The reason is the Torx head bolts are underneath the End Cap and part of the End Cap blocks access to the bolt heads. The forward bolt is the worst since the space between vertical piece of the End Cap gets much closer to the bolt head than the rear one. A very long bit lets you get a good angle on the bolt head.
The other thing you need to do is to pull the air dam and the panel above it to get to the nuts on the other end of the bolts so you can keep them from turning. Once you do that loosen the bolts but don't remove them and then remove the bolts that hold the End Cap to the wheel well opening. Once that is done pull the End Cap off (the location underneath the cap with the Torx bolts is slotted so the cap can be pulled off) and replace it with the small Stage 2 end cap on the end of the splitter. With a stock splitter and Stage 2 End Caps you will need to remove the two Torx bolts as the Stage 2 End Cap isn't slotted and the bolt heads are visible. Once the Stage 2 Cap is tightened with the two bolts you are done with and can put the air dam and its supporting panel back in place. Pretty simple and not particularly hard to do.
