I am looking at purchasing a 2017 Z06 that has the exposed carbon fiber ground effects. I have speed bumps I have to go over to get to my house. Does anyone have the ground clearance specs with the ground effects package. I have concerns I won’t be able to get the car over the bumps without scraping.. Thanks

Depending ln the ride height adjustment...
Its around 4" at the very minimum to about to
5" at the maximum.
I just measured and I have 3.5" clearance but mine is SLAMMED as low as it can go.

To my surprise I get less scraping in my Z than I did in my C6

Since the greatest overhang is in the center front, you might be helped with a technique many of us have used on low cars: Approaching speed bumps (or driveways) at about a 45 degree angle. That way, one of the tires will already be up on the bump, raising the car, by the time the extended center section reaches it.
No joke, I get less scrapping on my Z with the carbon fiber package than I did with my challenger. I daily my Z and have absolutely zero problem clearing bumps or dips, If its a really huge bump or dip I just give it a tiny bit of angle and im all good
I had mine lowered on stock bolts took one ride in it about 20 miles and almost pulled over in the side of the road to raise it I hated it that much. Scraping everywhere. My roads are just built for lowered cars.

but it did look insane lol
Did you lower just with stock bolts? With the Z07 package, I've been told I'm maybe looking at 3/4" at the most.
I have big speed bumps and speed humps at work. I have not scraped my ground effects on any of them. I have not modified my ride height either. I approach the bump with the wheels turned (raises the front a bit due to caster). My C6 GS used to scrape the air dam. Very happy with the clearance of the C7Z.
