So I changed my oil today and apparently at the last free dealership oil change, they used a PF48e instead of the PF64... Should I be concerned about anything - or is this no big deal, and let it go?

If you want the correct filter you need the pf64, AC chart says 48e is the wrong filter! I would call tehm on it but that is me. You are not filtering oil like you should.

^^^^This. The filter(s) for Zs, may be all dry sump oil systems, should have a certain bypass pressure (believe it's 22 psi). I would tell them but in a calm informative way, not the "you guys are idiots". Up to them if they listen You have no worries about the other filter since you indicated you went with the PF64 now. If your engine has ANY problems it would be warrantied anyhow. Good catch & glad you seem to be informed.

PF64 is the correct filter. They have different bypass pressures.
The PF64 and PF63 (Fig. 20) filters are commonly confused as an ACDelco PF48 and/or PF48E filter because both oil filters have the same appearance and oil can size. However, these oil filters are not the same and have different internal bypass valve opening pressure specifications. The PF48/PF48E has a pressure specification of 15 PSI (100 kPa) while the PF64/PF63E has a pressure specification of 22 PSI (150 kPa). https://sandyblogs.com/techlink/?p=7627
You should negotiate another free oil change in the future so they can install the correct filter.
He indicated he did his own oil change this time & that is when he saw what the dealer had used on LAST free oil change (PF48e) & was installing the PF64 himself as called for.
Thanks for the info, guys. Yes, I was searching to see if there was something better than the PF64 and decided to stick with it... Then was like wtf, when I pulled off a dealer installed PF48E. This dealership has shown their incompetence multiple times. I'm actually glad I'm out of free oil changes.
