thank you, there's going to be a lot of people who need to come see what the stock caddy low side can do with proper tuners, granted, that is the caddy, but still

Blower is pulled off and being set to Greg Kong for porting today. It is also getting the 112mm throttle body , Fore triple pump low side fuel system and smaller upper pulley.
This is through the A8 in a CTS-V, the C7 has a much more efficient drivetrain. Stock LT4 long block as well. Will be awesome to see on the M7 416 C7Z!!

Chris, could you please share upper and lower pulley diameters along with the belt you’re using?

i think you might be looking at this the wrong way... if they made that much power WITHOUT a pulley, then thats a wonderful thing.
I figured there was a pulley on there, but i also know Chris is ahead of the curve on keeping the blower's waste gate shut and also knowing how to actually tune this blower.
I really wish he would have had a c7z to throw the lt5 on prior to all of these other shops unlocking the zr1.
It would be great to have what Crawford can do as a reference to point to. He should have been the first z into the 8's on the lt5 blower.

amazing work Sammy! Any reason for going full LT5 motor over just the supercharger? What’s did you do for ECU? Looks like there is bags of room at the rear of the blower!...

Will the main reason was the LT5 has a 11 rib pulley & the LT4 has 8 ribs you could have a 8 rib made for the LT5 blower but again you would not know if it would line up with LT4 pulleys to many unknows for me. You can run the LT5 motor with a LT4 ECU .

right, or visa versa, you have to get 11 ribs in all necessary places on the lt4, and move things around a bit

I had talked to Chris about this a while ago and it was a process from what I understand to make the 11 riib stuff work out on the lt4. I’m sure he will commment but a few custom pieces one being the bracket and then a lower pulley setup. I’m debating this on my zl1 still due to how complex it seems to be working it all out so far and the Magnuson will most likely support the same hp if they ever manage to get it to market. So far seen a few edelbrock 2650 builds and they will not support 20 psi like these can. I believe 18 psi can get you in the 950whp range with e60. Just saw a 2016 camaro ss post up a 9.20@150 mph with his 2300. That’s pretty amazing for the smaller 2300. I’ve managed now 9.72@141 on the stock blower but can already tell with summer on the way heat is going to beat me up bad with the 1.7 and believe even a 2300 will do much better in the heat. Decisions decisions. Lol

I just installed the lt5 blower drive accessories on my LT4 that already has a 10-rib conversion. I’ll get some pics later, but it seems GM placed the extra ribs inboard towards the a/c belt tensioner. This will limit the diameter of the lower pulley we can fit, from what I am seeing. I need to run at least the 8.88 diameter lower to do what I want...

Are you able to move EVERYTHING forward away from the engine, or? Custom fab, is custom fab at that point, may as well go outward huh?
PS, always at the forefront of the things that actually matter, ahead of all the big shops, aren't you John?

I have to come here to get the goodie as ao many guys with camaros are not into thinking out side the box or they are paying someone. I appreciate the info I can get over here on the CorvetteForum very much guys! I also always Share anything worth mentioning to cross back to you guys here. I do run methanol in my lid and now am on the fic injectors and back able to run e85 with out having to go crazy on the amount of methanol I’m spraying to keep up. Two things I have been able to help guys with here.
I really want to see this 2650 thing work out as already fighting heat on the 1.7 even with so many mods to help it and only on 14 psi at most.
