Problem with HUD

Has anyone experienced their HUD stop working? I checked the manual and there doesn't appear to be an on off switch and the fuse #25 that controls the HUD also indicates the instrument cluster which is still working so I dismissed a fuse issue.
Anyone have a similar problem or have any suggestions. It would be appreciated.

Is it possible you either turned down the brightness too far or moved it so far up/down that it is out of range of the refractor on top of the dash (glass part)?

Thanks I checked that first. It was working I shut the car off and turned it on an hour later and it wasn’t working. Just thought I would check on the forum before I call the dealer. Hate dealing with car dealers but it’s still under warranty so not much choice.
