Default Header question

Looking for some input here. I have had my Z06 for about a year. When I bought the car I wanted to give it some extra sound so I bought the Borla 60547 xpipe thanks to some great feedback on here.

Anyway - fast forward a year - I am looking at adding a 2300 with some other supporting mods. I am not a big fan of making the car too much louder, but I know headers would be best for all that extra air.

I am looking at 1 7/8" LTs - either ARH or Kooks. Will the primaries only fit on to the Borla 60547 without cutting, or do I need a mid-length setup to work with the Borla?

The Corsa 1 7/8 headers and the B&B Tri-Y headers will bolt right up to your Borla X-pipe.

Thanks. Anyone know if Kooks or ARH 1 7/8" primaries bolt on to the Borla 60547?

No they wont. Those both require their own matching X pipes

I'd suggest ARH 2" long tubes. I have them on my 2019 Z06/Z07.

This with catted x pipe. Fitment is perfect.

I also have the ARH 2” with catted X-pipe.
I had to shim down my belly plate due to the cats touching them. Other than that, fitment was 👍🏻.

I’ve used both kooks and ARH units on my last 5 corvettes. Currently have kooks with high flow cats. As always perfect fit. This with the 2330 maggy AFE intake, 5% pulley x tank and tuned. All work great together. This on a 2016 Z m7.

Ok. Thanks guys. I'll probably go 2" kooks. I guess I have a Borla 60547 for sale!
