Default Too weird !!!

Several months ago it seemed that I had a stuck T-stat. 2018 Z started running really cool for no apparent other reason. Decided to ride it out until warmer weather and it has risen some but made no sense because was still too cool at 80 to 100 degrees.
I have the display set in track mode always. Decided to change modes last weekend while installing a MTB so that I could monitor RPM’s more accurately for the ECM relearn process and discovered that the other gauge setups registered normal operating temperature.
Going back to track mode, still showing low temp. Did some math and realized that the track mode temp was registering in Celsius . . . somehow. The other readings - oil temp, pressure, etc were in Fahrenheit and PSI.

How could one gauge out of for be set differently and HOW do I get it straightened out ?

Too weird !!!

That is odd. I would bring it to the dealer.

I didn’t think you could mix and match Celsius and farenheit across gauges. Try switching back and forth fro c to f and see if that fixes it
