Same here. Had the enhanced on my '16 and now have them on my '19. I haven't had any stone chips on my '19 and didn't have any on my '16.

I have the original ACS ones. I don't care at all for the looks of the XL ones. It took me a while to warm up even to the regular ones on there. And I have no rock damage at all on my Z06 after about 3500 miles, and some of that carving mountain roads with lots of rocks blasting.

The Enhanced guards do a pretty decent job of negating stone chips if you live in an area where the roads do not get abused from the winter climate like the NE experiences. The owner of ACS developed the XL front guards to be the very best guards available for the kind of road filth and debris seen in the NE. They are better in those severe applications regardless of what you hear on the successes of the Enhanced product. As far as looks go, I never liked any of those guards or side skirts on any of my vehicles. I wound up destroying the paint on my black '16 Z06 and now I have an '18 black Z06 with side skirts and the XL front guards. So far, everything is perfect, no nicks of any kind and truthfully, I don't even notice the guards...they blend in perfectly with the car.
So, all said, you have a choice....good, general protection in the Enhanced and severe duty protection in the XL. There's a pile of us who have the XL guards and to date, I can't ever remember hearing one negative thing about them. But, it's your car and you need to make that decision, regardless of what any of us say!
