Although the factory cameras can't be retrofitted you still have the option of installing an aftermarket system. I bought some equipment that allows me to view the front splitter with a Garmin camera on a Garmin GPS that I had installed in the cubby hole behind the navigation screen. It isn't as nice as the factory system by a long shot but it does work great for front-in parking.

Front Camera
Check NavTool. I installed one in my 2015 Z06 and it works the same as the factory camera with the exception that there is one camera instead of two. I don't see this as a problem. After many of us got past the growing pains with NavTool during product development, I believe most of us are very satisfied. There is an excellent installation thread in the "general" section. This device has saved my expensive carbon fiber front splitter many times.

I'm confident enough that it's possible that I bought all the hardware needed to try it. I've just been waiting until I put the car up for the winter because it's going to be a lot of disassembly to do it right. You have to run the camera wires from the grille all the way to the electronics bin in the trunk.
NavTool is probably a whole lot easier, and you don't need to upgrade your infotainment system as a pre-requisite.
