Regarding the Borla Xpipe 60548 that doesn't replace the secondary cats, I don't know who would want to spend hundreds of dollar to buy this to replace just the mid section of the exhaust after the secondary pipes as the factory system already has an X crossover??? Am I missing something? Or does someone makes a set of bypass pipes that bolt onto the gap left behind after the secondary cats are removed to make up for it? Or will I have to find a shop to make me a custom bypass? I'm really bumped out that I didn't know the only Xpipe Borla sells now is the useless version.

Do an ebay or other similar site search, there may be a Borla 60547 available, albeit a premium price.
Buy Corsa if borla is no available. Little more work to get a good seal on the axleback but it will seal.
Borla is deeper. Corsa is a bit more high pitch. Just a bit more. Had borla on my last car and Corsa in my current car. I'd say the difference in tone is like the Corsa makes the car a little less truckish.
I have one from Top Speed Pro 1 and it looks identical to this one. I can assure everyone the quality and finish was a 10 and the fit was probably a 9.5. Nothing to worry about on this one.
I tried one from that vendor(speeddaddy) and had problems getting it to line up correctly. With a little work it may have fit but I decided to return it. I was only able to measure the ends of the xpipe they sent me so I don't know if they all are the same. But the rear end of the xpipe had about 1/2-3/4 inch shorter distance between the inner wall of the exit pipe ends compared to the stock xpipe.

I tried one off eBay and ended up sending it back. The picture quality and what I received were of 2 different x-pipes. The weld area was extremely bad and had holes in it. When I looked inside at the cross over section with my borescope the connecting hole was less than 1 inch and had some metal covering most of the hole. The hanger for the rubber grommet was bent and not in the right place. Simply bad quality.
I couldn't find a Borla so I got a Corsa x-pipe. When I looked inside at the cross-section the openings were extremely large, the welds were good and no excess metal inside where the cross-sections are. It slid right in and clamped down with no problems. The 3-inch end is tapered down to slide fairly tight over our exhaust pipe.
Sounds very good and am happy with the Corsa.
Best, Tom.
