Default What size ARH headers

What size headers for 15% lower pulley and tune on a 2017 zo6? The 1 7/8 or just go 2”. And would you keep the borla 60547 or use the ARH x-pipe. Thanks in advance.

I went 2" Kooks just to move more air but I also did flexfuel sensor, and 5" CAI to push more air into the engine along with the 2.3 upper. You will have to use the ARH X-pipe. The LTs won't bolt up to your X-pipe. If you don't plan on adding any more power the 1-7/8 are probably fine.

while the 1 7/8 make more torque down low . the 2 inch headers generally move the hp and torque curve higher , while the gains may be minimal vs the 17/8 many engine builders and tuners such as myself think if your thinking of going bigger or doing more mods later down the road 2 inch is the way to go .

What are you using the car for?

Daily driver or road racing/track?

2" is going to give you more power on top but for track 1-7/8 will give you more torque to get out of the corners...

Just something to think about.
