As long as they have the correct backspacing, yes. My rears are 19x12 with +50 backspacing and clear my ccbs fine.

^^Generally speaking that may be correct, but I'd caution owners that wheel spoke design can also affect caliper clearance.

My suggestion would to confirm fitment of a particular wheel design with the seller or at least from an established CF member's direct experience.

if you can do a test fit
if your buying from a retailor ask for guaranteed fitment or money back
make sure you have them put on the invoice for a xxx Corvette Z06 with CCB brakes
