Default Mesner Coilover tuning help

Hey guys, so just purchased a set of Menscer coilovers for my C7 Z06. Was wondering if someone could give me any tips as far as tuning and adjusting goes. They are double adjustable and I have been trying to watch videos on YouTube but everything seems to be more geared towards all out drag cars (gutted novas with 4 links etc) at the strip trying to launch from a dig. I completely understand how Compression and Rebound work, just need some help getting some baseline settings and basically what I should be looking for.

- The car is setup for roll racing and highway blasts it will not be seeing the 1/4 mile. Makes 1000whp on a 325/50/15 drag radial and is full weight as from the factory. The coilovers should be here early next week so would like to get as much info as possible before installing. Really wish they were single adjustable as that would make everything easier but I will have to learn and deal with what I have.

Phil

Not exactly what you are looking for but closer than drag strip setups:

Menscer should include a sheet with settings as a place to start tweaking, just make sure you are looking at the IRS version of their guide as it's basically opposite of straight axle cars since IRS needs to squat and stay. Obviously their guide is for launching at the drag strip but it translates for roll racing as well as the concept is similar. And you do NOT want a single adjustable shock.
