Sure thing. Post #2 above. Yes, AFM was tuned out.
Along with all the other parts - plugs, wires, boots, gaskets, etc. I'll look for the invoice tonight and post it.
My 2019 Z06/Z07: AFE Intake NW 103 TB Ported Blower 18% lower ARH 2" long tubes 100 octane tune via a toggle switch A8 tuned 702rwhp / 740rwtq
Probably adding a lid and 5" intake this spring
So for reference here’s my build from last June I did at ecs. Afe intake arh headers lower pulley dsx low side fuel tune flex fuel. On 93 makes 650whp and on full e85 700. Total cost was 8k. Money very well spent. Car runs line a champ and have been super happy with it.
at 800 wheel a fore triple is overkill. a simple aux in line pump will do enough to handle the port kit with stock fueling
yea it is overkill for the current goals but I’d rather spend it up front to allow for expansion if 800 ever gets boring. I built my ZL1 to 855 and then decided I wanted more 4 months later so I ended up changing some things to get 922. I’m glad I over built it so I only need a pulley swap instead of a bunch of things.

the triple works fine on standard injectors. for dfi you can run 6 pumps your still not going to be able to push the hpfp and the dfi paste their limits. I tend to research my builds for a specific power goal. I rarely go past that I will sell the car built the proper way then move to a different platform for a new build. 800 wheel on the street is a super sweet spot beats most everything and is uber reliable. with the cost of upgrading dfi for the modest gains you see its just not worth it. the port injection gives you all the flexibility you need without having to deal with tanks and multiple in tank pumps just my .02

. I’m not running it for the DI I’m running it for Port injection expansion. For now it will be an Aux for low side but when I got to toohighpsi port injection it will be ready for that task and should be able to get me to 4 digit horsepower.

again it’s massive overkill. Tge fore triple is a 4 digit setup without any dfi. Adding port injection with a triple in tank along with dfi is more than tge motor can flow. A single brushless pump can flow 770 wheel . Ad 1300 cc Injectors and you have plenty of fuel for 4 digits and you don’t have to rip tge tanks out which is a major pia. Of course there’s a dozen ways to make power tge is personal and price dependent
Just bought an '18 Z06 manual. 93 is the most accessible around me so probably would just run that. Not looking to go crazy, not looking to add fueling or meth. Wondering where I'd get with:
Upper and Lower Pulley
Intake
2" Headers to catted xpipe system (tired of the wife complaining about the smell of catless)
Tune

I'm thinking mid to high 600s rw?
pick your poison either upper or lower pulley not both. your just overspilling the blower at that point making huge heat but not power. catted downpipes and catless xpipe will run about 750$ use the money saved by not spending 2500 on headers andcatted x pipe for cooling mods.

I would think that the upper is the easier of the two to get to. Any reason to do one over the other? What size would you recommend?

you get a much better belt wrap on the lower pulley since your going bigger not smaller so the wrap increases. size should be based on your build goals and the amount of boost you want to see. as for the upper the pulley needed to properly remove the oem pulley isnt cheap or you risk damaging the pulley. the new hub is a slip fit so ideally you need to remove the snout (requires the blower to come off) heat the pulley freeze the shaft and slide it on. so no not really any easier than the lower crank pulley
