I filed my claim, probably 16 months ago called that number left messages never received a response. I believe General Motors is just screwing its customers for a second time it’s time for GM Customers to file a real class action lawsuit against GM. I gave my information to some class action law office that was given to me by another z06 owner.
Reached out to them today. Was told I purchased my 2017 Z06 in 2017 per General Motors and did not qualify for reimbursement. Well that's crap. I have sent back where I purchased my ZO6 NEW from Classic Chevrolet in October 2018 with only 17 miles on it. Also said it indicated I was not the original owner. Well wrong again! I am the original and only owner of the car as indicated by the title document. Well, I want the funds for my 2 cracked rims. I fell like they are reaching to find ways to avoid paying me. Problem is, I can be a real bitch when you try to screw me over. Hopefully a title and original registration documents issued by the state of Texas is proof enough for them. (This is unreal.... talk about a scam!) Will wait to see what the next excuse is as I have shot down those two.
I kind of figured this would not be worth the hassle. My first rim repair cost $200. Second time in, two others were cracked, so I replaced them with aftermarket. Best case scenario, I figured they’d cover the 200. They’re not gonna cover somebody else’s rims. now if you bought factory replacements, perhaps you’d have a better case. Still, we see how fast they’re getting around to that.

SOOOO …. They have realized I am the 1st owner and only owner of my car and very easily can prove it. They have it back under review again. Not able to throw me out that easily. 😜
