Well crap>>>>>>>Bad news today. My order on workbench has been moved back to status 2000 Accepted. It went from 3000 to 2030 which I think means re-edited then to event code 2090 meaning on hold, then 2097 meaning plant cancel confirmed. In system return pending 2000 accepted. My guy says each order went thru that process today. Salesman said there were so many do-over codes he could hardly follow it and he's been doing it for 35 years. Cant wait to see where I might be by end of day tomorrow.

All that really matters is that you've made it to 2000 status, the order's been picked up and you should have a scheduled build week relatively soon.

I understand the workbench system is totally messed up at this point for the ZR1.

And yet, none of all these changes have any definitive result as to when your car will actually be built. Orders move back and forward more than rarely.

Things will continue to unfold, but reading anything into today’s news is just speculating. Your car could still be built the very first week of ZR1 production.

Just curious (fingers crossed) if my order will go to 3000 in the first round of production.

Based off memory. I’ll edit tomorrow when I have my paperwork in front of me, but that’s the basics.

I seem to remember an online order tracking tool available to the public. Does this exist anymore/any hope of a revival for ZR1 production?

The system got lots of folks all excited. The museum even contacted my customers to confirm their personalized plaques. Accepted orders all set back to square one. I was very skeptical when I saw my early orders accepted so fast. Back to waiting.

Did they go back to 1100 or 2000?

Can confirm. I was contacted by the NCM for my plaque as well... False alarm I guess...

I believe they all have or will go back to 1100 before those truly moving on are selected.

Yes, GM emailed us this morning that orders were picked up by mistake. All orders will be put back to 1100 by the end of the week.

My dealer said mine was built but they mistakenly dropped a Z06 motor in it.

The first cycle starts on the 25th, I wouldn't put much into what the current event code is. They'll be all over the map for a few days. After the 25th, then things should be sorted.

What appears to have happened is that sold order processing opened up on all models but ZR1. Well, someone didn't turn ZR1 off and the system pulled all the SRE (sold retail) ZR1 orders to 3000. All of my other sold orders pulled to 3000 as well.

The 25th is the date that we can expect things to be sorted. Sorry to those who were involved.
