What happens when you need to replace every control module in the car? I don't think this replacement approach is going to work in the future.

Yea you donít have to do the replacement. You can remove the ecm and send to hp tuners to be unlocked. Buying a replacement just gives you two and the ability to go back to stock .... kinda.
