Meth is a fuel source and helps some with cooling the charge from Forced induction.
Adding meth to a car is usually to compensate for a lack of fuel somewhere. That’s what is throwing me off. The lt5 has port and direct injection. Should have fuel for days if the low pressure side can keep up.

The reason for this is that the high-pressure fuel pump is the same one as used by the LT4 which is the greatest capacity DGI pump available in the world. In order to make the jump from 650 ho to 755, GM has to use an "auxiliary" fuel system so they added PFI worth 155-hp.
And, on that note...I've looked at all the PIDs the E99 sends over the DLC and cannot find one which I can use to indicate that the LT5s PFI has enabled.
Any ideas?

port job and aggressive pulleys, and you guys will be up over 850hp at the wheels easily.... probably over 900 wheel torque.
Has anyone contacted Fore yet to tell them to hurry up with the double pump hanger for the 19's?
I talked to them a couple months ago on the phone and they were completely un-aware that the 19's had a different in tank pump and control module.
They said they would look into producing one for the 19's as the 18 pumps would no longer be compatible with the way the cars work since the 19 pump is controlled differently than the 18's. (19 pump is given more of a break when its not running full tilt)
I would assume Fore have had a few phone calls this week confirming demand

he might be laughing because he knows they are going to blow that number away soon. As will all the shops including the vendor you speak of.

His comment to me was taken as he didn't believe me. Oh well either way. Shops will be laying down 900 plus HP very soon I'm sure. Good times are coming for this platform.

Well yeah I would expect that. I just didn't know what was so special about a 749 HP pull when more power was made without the high cost of tuning or voiding your warranty.

Rest assured, those times and power levels were with modifications such as pulleys and/or ported blowers and headers etc.
A properly tuned car, with those same mods, will eventually eat that other setup you speak of, eat it alive. Again, nothing against that vendor, they too will have tuned cars that eat their old setup alive very soon.
Power levels are being documented each step of the way in this thread, which I think is much more educational for the consumer.
To the OP, is the bleed off valve in the blower completely closed and the TB completely open 100% the entire length of the dyno pull? Or is that yet another layer of tuning that has not taken place yet? Thanks, and great job, thank you for the thread.
