Default Ferrari SF90 front electrification is the blueprint for the E-Ray

The Ferrari SF90 front electrification is the blueprint for the E-ray electrification.

-Plug in EV

-2 front wheel hub motors = adds 200hp +130torque
( in addition to the SF90's rear powerplant combo of V8 twin turbo / "pizzabox" electric motor sandwiched between the V8 and DCT )

-Front electrification adds 210lbs of weight = 158lb battery +52lb front wheel hub motors (26lb X2)

Electrification of the SF90 adds 320lbs in total curb weight over the F8 Tributo, and this is after the removal of Reverse Gear from the transmission, due to Reverse Propulsion is now powered by the 2 front wheel hub motors.
The SF90 needs to "warm up" for 5 minutes to run electic only and does 0-60mph in 9 seconds in that mode.
Not sure the weight/cost/complexity of front electrification is worth the 0-60mph improvement, which is around .4 seconds when compared to the F8 Tributo ( 2.4 vs 2.8 0-60mph )

That would be great if they do use the similar blue print? Have they acquire one for testing yet and replace their current NSX?

Was your completely vague post referring to the below?

Now I see where they got their inspiration for that color

Don't have to. They bought 458 engine off of ebay to examine it's engine for a reference/blueprint of how to make a high revving, NA, V8 LT6 in the new Z06.

what makes you think chevy is going to use an electric engine between the v8 and the tranny?

that would be great, but I haven't seen any one talk about it. It would really help the car get with the program and plant way more torq to get the engine up on the cam

I'm disappointed at the wimpy motors up front. If you are going to make an amp eater give it 200 per side or more, plus one in the back

that would be nudging 1000 and go like stink. But like they say, wish in one hand........

IMO initial Hybrid Corvette C8 will NOT have e motor in rear.

Way too much cost for engineering, development, and production.

Although I am all for more hp, you cannot compare EV hp to ICE hp. On the electric side you basically have 100% torque at zero RPM. That is why although the ERay will have less total peak hp than the Z06 it should actually be quicker 0-60. -- unless GM is really stupid and only puts a single 83hp motor up front as some have suggested. The smart move would be to use 2 of those motors and beef them up to at least 100 hp each. That would make a world of difference in performance.
