The 13 grand retail price must include a legitimate pcm tune ?
thats the only reason I would imagine this kit costs 13 grand at full retail.
id rather sell and just buy a c8 z06...

There has been more engineering gone into this kit than previous generations kits. It’s not jurist a case of bolting the blower to the block. There is a driveshaft and associated hardware. Also the intake manifold / a2w intercooler will add cost (c7 race a2w unit was around $2.5k I think).
doesn't say tuning per say, just fuel upgrades and ‘timing control’. Guessing that could be a timing box and bigger set of injectors?

Unless the kits include the blower, DCT clutch upgrades, tune, and install. Then it is a good deal.

This is a much more involved kit than a simple Procharger setup for the previous generations.

Full Procharger C8 Kit with fuel/timing control $12,999
Let's see.
DCT upgrade ~$6K installed ($4,300 + $1,000 install per dodson, plus fluids)
Procharger install ~$2K-$2.5K
Procharger fuel/timing control ~$1.1K per PC website
Tune ~$1K, if needed beyond the Procharger-supplied setup
Total above about $10K +/-.
That would leave about $3,000 for the Procharger kit including ProCharger unit, jack shaft assemblies, A2W intercooler, most likely a secondary cooling reservoir, most likely a new intake manifold, Intercooler water pump, intercooler piping, silicone tubing, plus associated belts, brackets, hoses, clamps, etc.
Not gonna happen all-in for $13,000.

Procharger and subsidiary companies are taking orders (no release date). This is still in the final stages. Most owners that want more big power go superchargers. I'll wait a year or two to see what some of the hickups will be.
I do have to say, after owning 3 Procharged cars, this is more that double I've ever paid.

supercharging the C8 won’t be best bang for your buck. It will be twin turbo setups.

I'm a bit surprised that nobody has cracked the C8's ECU code yet. Send a unit to some "black hats" in Russia, throw some money their way, and the deed will likely be done sooner rather than later, I suspect. Better yet, send a unit to some "white hats" in Ukraine or possibly even the Philippines (certain phones that can't be unlocked here are sent to the Philippines for unlocking).
