Question LT2 / LT1 superchargers

If the LT2 intake manifold fits on the LT1 engine, why won't the LT1 supercharger kits that have been out for years work on our LT2 C8's. Now that HP tuners can tune them.

Short answer - “plumbing”

Drive belts face driver compartment while air is now consumed from the opposite end of the motor… They also need to route belt around oil sump neck.

Packaging... thats the one word that sums it all up. Shes a tight tight squeeze!
