Very simple. Tall gears. And there's the fact that no one wants to shift through 8-10 gears. There is no argument you can make that a 6-speed can get better gas mileage versus an 8-10 gear vehicle with the similar gearing. You are a funny guy. Do a little research, I'm not going to spell it out for you.
