It is amazing (to me) how much BETTER the car looks without the "wing" spoiler on it.

If that spoiler is indeed part of the Z51 package, GM just saved me $3K-$5K on the purchase price...

The rear quarter window definitely seems to tuck in underneath the top part of the hatch .
A very cool surprise .

Damn, this is a huge step in the right direction in my eyes. The big take away for me is the rear end is looking quite svelte! Really exciting pics today.

Exhaust stacks are to long to be production. Car is looking very good.

The wing destroys the look of the back end, IMO, much like the various rear spoilers upset the "boat tail" look of the C7 rear end.

PS. I am done bitching about the wing spoiler, I promise

This shape and lines is probably 95% of what it's actually going to look like and it looks much better than the previous mules. The front looks good and the sleeker rear quarter panel makes the whole profile look much better. The rear is so busy that we'll have to see when the camo comes off.

I love the proportions of mid-engine cars... but 90% of them don't look this awkward. BTW, it was a joke... we won't really know what it looks like until the camo and what I think is additional rear padding is off of the car. Thanks for the advanced knowledge on "cab-forward" design though.

Default Less Chunky does not mean "Sleek" but an improvement for sure

Base model looking svelt!... loving the front end return to dual side openings like the C4/5 and no more fish mouth like the C6/7.

1. Seems there will be a vent at the front of the hood just aft of the fascia?

2. I think the quarter glass may have an air inlet like the Viper?

3. Rear end looks much lower than the C7 in this shot... the lack of the silly Z51 spoiler is much nicer looking.
These are the first views that have given me hope in awhile... lookin' more "FVS-like." But with an azz and gaping mouth like dat, it's going to be very difficult to ever get this car to something that can genuinely be called "sleek" or "svelt." At least it seems to be backing away a bit from
the "Aztek Cliff of Absolute Design Disaster."

I think there will be 2 smaller side vents on the hood as opposed to a larger, centrally located one, sort of like the Ferrari F50 but smaller.

Doubt it. They woudn't have blocked it off. And the size of the side scoop lends me to believe there's plenty of airflow through them.

How much weight would you like added to the front, to suit your personal styling preferences?

Maybe one of these would strike your fancy.
