Another wonderful post.... probably just like the C7. One in the rear trunk to get into the car and one by each door in case your stuck in the car. The rear of the car is easier to hide a hey hole for the physical key vs. the frunk, but I could be wrong... cold be up inside one of the front grills to pop the frunk.

Same as the C7... there will be a trunk behind the engine.

Maybe you should tell them to the other tons of people who are posting useless threads. As stated by mods and other, you are not required to read them

On C6 and C7, the door latch is mounted on the body of the car, rather than the door unlike say a Camaro (or 99% of all other current GM products), where the latch is in the door end, and the striker on the body and an external door mounted key cylinder for dead battery access. With the body mounted latch, the emergency cable is run off the back to the trunk.
I'd go with the emergency door rip cord being mounted in the rear trunk, assuming this car has one, and assuming the door latch is body mounted like C6 and C7. If it doesn't have a rear trunk, engine bay perhaps?
I see no mechanical key access point on the door itself unless its hidden under the wing, so the latch stands a good chance of not being in the door like current car.

Why do people post this stuff?
1. How would anyone know?
2. Of course there are going to be emergency door pulls if the doors are electronic. Its required by law.

I ignored his obvious troll attempt in the "Frunk key" thread and provided a key fob photo, nor did I correct him on his misinformation, and instead provided a photo of the C8's "hatchback".

Better question is why the busy bodies answer questions without the facts of a released C8 model ??

The first vipers, the hood pop lever was under the front of the car on the outside. Anyone could pop it if I remember right.
Edit: I looked it up to make sure I wasn't imagining things, that was a 23 year memory pull from a car I only opened the hood to once on the showroom...
