I was finally able to get a decent video of the new 2020 C8 Prototype driving in Michigan. Towards the end I was able to get up close views of the interior and engine compartment.

Nice. The driver seemed to allow the car to be videoed. As we get closer to the reveal, the drivers will be more amenable to being filmed.

Burning Brakes
One of the most exciting things about the C8 is that it will be the only mid-engine car on the market with such a throaty, muscular, and deep exhaust sound. It’s going to turn heads at exotic car shows for that reason alone. Once people start putting choppy-sounding cams in their engines, it’s going to get even better.

He could have floored it to get away...then you really would have heard that exhaust!...some great video of the car though.....if he was here in Florida I would have been all over that car!!

Man... this thing is going to look amazing. Fixes all my annoyances with the C7 and then some. I LOVE the return to a low hood cowl like the C5. Obviously easy to do and meet the stupid Euro Pedestrian regs with the motor in the rear.

Probably is.... I'd wager the NA LT2 testing is all done and they're working on the Z06 TT cars now. That's what was testing at VIR back in March when one crashed just before we got there for a NASA event. A buddy found a camo-covered piece of the car. Posted up about it awhile back with pictures.
