And a C7Z is a bit faster than a C8. So there's no question a GT500 is faster than a C8. Only in everything besides a dig race.
The GT500 is faster than a C7Z in what? 0-60? 1/4 mile? Road course and if so, which one?

A gt500 on the track is still well faster than a C8 , yes, even from a dig.. Running high/mid 10's on stock tires.. It's not even close. Some already well into the 9s.
Huh?

GT500 does 0-60 in 3.6

C8 does 0-60 in 2.8.

Idk about you, but 2.8 is faster than 3.6.

I'm talking about a dig race, not a 1/4 race. A GT500 traps 134-135. That absolutely destroys a C7Z trap speed of 127.

So to better qualify your statement, you meant it is faster in straight line performance?

It's no use arguing with a Camaro WK, so let's agree to disagree.

Btw, the correct expression is "If your aunt had *****, she'd be your uncle." Urban dictionary could be your friend.

That does not make them the "best", it makes them the most "popular" - which could be for many reasons. I suspect primary is costs and needs. Go along with style, dependability, and probably many more reasons.

You missed the point, first I have had a Corvette in my garage since I was 16 and Im currently 51 so you will not find a bigger Corvette fan and I will own a C8 preferable a Z06 But I also like other products GM produces as well. I simply pointed out that your solution to make it faster is to change the motor which is ridiculous. The car is great the way it is embrace it and point out its strengths for example its looks. Probably the best looking car GM has ever made. We probably agree on more then you think.

My 2019 has had a couple of issues that would be went much smoother IF the dealerships would have responded better. Diff wobble was fixed with a complete new diff installed, BUT it took multiple trips to the dealership to get someone to admit it was an issue. 5 trips total to get this issue resolved. Other was a dash squeaking issue that the dealership could reproduce, but had issues fixing. 7 trips to get this issue resolved. The amount of trips to resolve issues gives my C7 a poor service rating. My C7 probably went to the dealership more than every new car I have owned combined. I'm just not accustomed to this as my C7 is my first new American car purchase. Spoiled with Japanese and German cars.

My 2013 Toyota Tacoma has NEVER seen the dealership after I purchased it.

So.... Love my C7, but not the dealerships.
