Sounds like a sales person. Ask for the impossible and settle for a relistic outcome. One can get a C8 for MSPR for 4-6 months, at a few dealerships in the USA , but not 3 months. Again ask for the impossible ( 3 months ) and accept 6 months vs the 12-18 months others have said on this forum. Good Plan, I like this guy..

I was at my dealership thus morning where I bought my HTC for MSrP in January. They had 4 unsold new C8Rs on the showroom floor that were available. Two black and one white. One black was a coupe the other a HTC. The vert was also a HTC. $25,000 ADM. They also had a used 2020 red coupe but I didn't check its price.

Maybe he landed a 10 by swearing he owns a C8 that's just "in the shop", convincing her he is a baller, a shot caller even. One of those guys that rides on 20 inch blades on the Impala. We all know flipping C8s is the flyest way to make money.
Nov 1st may be the SOGOTP day when his mythical C8 is supposed to be back from the shop because they're "waiting on a replacement tremec" from GM.
No C8 materializes on the 1st and he loses said "10" as she moves on to the next guy.

I’m curious how many people on this forum are getting your reference lol.
I think the real date to be concerned with is next April 15 when taxes are due on that original profit from Carmax in a state that charges its own capital gains on top of the federal rate. The more balla you are in CA, the more the state wants you to share the wealth.
Hopefully that money wasn’t already spent or we’ll see another panick thread looking to flip another C8 to pay the taxes on the first C8.
