Read any objective review of the C6 and the consensus is that the interior and seat quality was clearly inferior to the competition.

Biggest improvement from C6 to C7 was the focustomer GM placed on interior and the quality of the materials used.

I am hoping for a similar improvement in the C8.

It would be nice to hear the Corvette described as a great car without the asterik of for the money.

The Corvette has been close to its competitors costing 2 times as much in the performance where it's always came up short was the interior quality.

I would gladly pay an extra 5 or 10k to have a much improved interior on the next C8.

It's reasonable to expect a luxurious interior when someone is spending 70 or 80k on a toy.

Also most folks that purchased a z06 or Zr1 spent 90k or more.

The most common interior on the z cars IA the 2 or 3 lt. .

Very few Z cars where ordered with 1 lt. That because guys spending 90 plus plus expect a high quality interior for that kind of money.

I also never said anything negative about the Corvette other than the c6 interior is rental car quality. That's just a fact.

I am on new Corvette number 11 but I am not such a fan boy that I can't objectively critic the car on it strong and weak points.
At least the plastic didn't turn to goop after a few years.

No company is without their flaws. If you look at the rest of the GM lineup in 2006 it's quite easy to see why they went under in 2008. It wasn't just the vette, everything sucked. It was a joint effort there lol. At least you can say they were consistent.

Default Zerv02 vs This Pic

It looks to me like there IS NOT a continuous arc across the top leading into sloping downward on to the console with the buttons. Fuzzy, I know, but where the black ends it then turns into that lighter console color after stepping down from above. Noted by my yellow line. The Info screen stands out, canted towards the driver from the dash too, as previously noted. I outlined it in red. Zerv02 wrong about this detail?

I hope this is the case as one on my big concerns is too much signature interior features carried over from the C7 onto the C8 ME, this being a big one. I want a totally new look both interior and exterior!

Good point. Photo's can distort perspective but I agree. In a RWD ME car the console is normally fairly narrow (specifically at the rear) and moreso than this one looks.

Sure, give your opinion but many don't want to see you solicit us with your youtube videos. This site is for us to discuss not promote a video of you talking about pictures we all have seen.

What is with all these YouTubers thinking they are so important? They literally are rehashing what we are saying here, and then giving "their thoughts". NOBODY CARES!!! You're not more important than any of us, neither is your opinion. Quit acting like you're so important.

The funniest part for me is that they think being a human spam bot is going to get them an audience. While someone that actually contributes to a community (whether it's a forum, facebook group, or whatever) will build an audience and give them a positive reputation in the process. But no, these guys think spamming their "my thoughts on someone elses leaked pics" videos is the key to getting a youtube audience. But they are actually turning more potential viewers off to their content before they even care enough to watch it.

Umm... that is a possibility, but it's more likely for the AWD driveshaft.

An AWD driveshaft is not required for a modern hybrid AWD configuration, i.e. electric motors will power the front wheels.

Anyone else think that's a "Z" on the left silver button on the steering wheel? I don't see a "mode" selector anywhere so maybe that button cycles through the driving modes?

I think some of them are just narcissistic morons that like hearing themselves talk. Glad they found a way to treat their illness, but don't spam it on the forum trying to promote yourself...
