Nobody who likes chrome wheels gives a crap if you don't. Do you think you've accomplished something because there is no longer an option for them that you won't check anyway? There's always the after market.
chrome.....YUCK, along with all the other nonsense the corvette accessories like goofy chrome plate frames ect. 57 chevys look good with chrome, period LOL
I can't stand chrome wheels either but I don't understand why folks get so mad about what options other people choose. Kinda like the manual trans going away. For me its a deal breaker but some people on here get all bent out of shape when someone like me says its a manual or nothing.

Chrome is an older generation fad and this new vette was obviously not marketed for them. They can no longer get in and out of this type of car.
Chrome wheels are not a fad as they have always enjoyed at least some degree of appeal over the years. If there's a fad it's black wheels over the last 5-6 or so years and if you take notice of tire/wheel/car advertisements they're starting to cool off.

I bet those are some really great looking wheels...
Never liked chrome wheels (heavy anyway) nor black wheels for that matter. But, to each their own. Mine are going to be covered in brake dust soon anyway so not sure it matters :p
It wouldn’t surprise me if not having chrome was more of a cost thing vs an aesthetic thing. Maybe couldn’t get the quality and/or endurance they wanted for the design they came up with possibly. Not too worried about it’s exclusion though. I’m more worried that the side scoop will make the car look dated quickly
