Default Hey C8!

WTF man! you made a wrong turn... I suggest you make a U-Turn "and go back to where you came!!"

Nobody wants an entry level mid-engine machine. The Corvette's been a Vette because it's been a top class RWD machine that competes with top class AWD.

Why in the world would you want to change if it's not for increasing your margin. You make a cheap camaro and make it AWD and call it a ,,,,,,.

Your new design is an awd camaro with 495hp....

These GM tactics are going to make the C6 appreciate in value tremendously!

They’re probably going to tell you to take this to the C8 section lol. They maxed out what they can do with a front engine car. The base model C8 already has a faster 0-60 time than a ZR1. That’s pretty amazing. I can only imagine what the Z06 and ZR1 will be able to achieve. All the other forums are lit up talking about it. Lots of guys jumping ship from other brands. Whenever they change the style there a lot of people that won’t like it. Overall what I’ve seen is a very positive response.

I do not see this helping C6 value. Lots will be selling their C7. Plenty of C6 owners like myself will be selling as well. Supply and demand. There’s way too many C6’s out there. I’d love to see the value go up or maintain, but it’s not going to happen.

Personally, I like the progression with the C8. That's about the only subject I'll use 'like' and 'progression' in the same sentence.

re C8, an online Corvette mag had an interesting article from C8's Chief Designer.
Guy claims 2020 C8 has all but sold-out.
On a car yet to be seen up close & personal, sat in, driven, 'reviewed'?
Either el Chief-o's blowing smoke, or, something special's happening.
Love it or hate it, appears the American automotive public wants this Corvette. Bad.

I'll reserve my opin on C8 for now, and continue enjoying my C6 Z06. Woe be me.

1. The C8 is RWD.
2. The C8 does 0-60 as fast as a C7 ZR1 with 260hp less.
