I am sorry to say this, but no way the Z51 can get a wing and the Z06 doesnt.....there is too much drag from the C7 Z06/Z07 spoiler.....ditch the spoiler and put on a wing.....

Agreed. Although I dig the C7-esque spoiler in the OPs render, I don't think that type of spoiler will be an option on the C8 generation.

Hopefully the C8 Z06/GS wing will be a bit more aggressive (not necessarily bigger) than the base high wing.

jd_black_00,

Awesome renders! Thank you for creating them! You have captured the 'Essence' of what the higher performance Mid Engine Corvette could look like....

I was wondering if you could please incorporate some of the styling cues found in the render below such as the 4 post rear spoiler, front/side splitters, and etc.?

I look foward to seeing your future renders on the new Mid Engine Corvette. Thank you!

Here's a render updated with the more aggressive aero package

Wow! Thank you Sir! The aggressiveness of this render is incredible. If the C8 Z06/ZR1 looks anything remotely like this, I may have to sell my house....

Thanks again,

I also love the way you incorporated a LEGIT duckbill into the rear bumper that the spoiler seems to flare off of. I still don’t quite know why this is so hard/taboo on modern Vettes but “tacking” on a spoiler is fine.

I'm probably in the minority but not really digging how the rear wheels are exposed in the back. Looks like an unfinished design to me. The renderings I'm seeing look a little too aggressive. The C7 Z06 even with all it's aero never looked that aggressive to me unless it came with the Z07 package. These look too racecar to me. Comparing the Stingray to the Carrera and the Z06 to the turbo, these renderings look more like a GT3 spec.
